As part of the visit, the company presented the assessment processes carried out at its training and selection center, which are designed to evaluate candidates’ technical, cognitive, and adaptive abilities:
⭐ La Estrella – focuses on fine motor skills, precision, and tolerance to frustration. Candidates complete a manual record on a standardized form while simultaneously responding to evaluator questions, simulating multitasking under pressure.
⚡ Batack – measures agility, peripheral vision, and reaction speed. Performance is quantified by the number of touches in one minute, showing responsiveness and coordination.
🔄 Conveyor Belt – replicates real production conditions, evaluating operational efficiency through feeding and collection times, adherence to guidelines, movement quality, and ability to adapt to belt speed variations.
Process performance indicators are generated during the test, with speed controlled by a variator. In the actual production plant, belt speeds vary depending on the type of cookie being produced and the oven it supplies, ensuring the assessment reflects the operational realities of the production line.
