This year, students from five SUCCESS partner universities are participating in the course. They have been organized into five international teams, each consisting of six to seven students. Throughout the course, the students work together in geographically distributed teams, collaborating across universities, countries, cultures and time zones while developing software projects.
The course gives the students practical experience of both the opportunities and challenges involved in global software development, including distributed communication, teamwork, project planning, software design and implementation. By bringing together students from different SUCCESS partner universities, the GDSD course creates an international learning environment where students can develop both their technical skills and their ability to collaborate in distributed teams.
The second edition continues the SUCCESS project's work to strengthen international cooperation in education and create learning experiences that connect students across countries and universities.
